By using MyGuru AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

MyGuru AI provides AI-powered exam preparation assistance for students in India preparing for NEET, JEE, TNPSC, UPSC, Bank PO, and SSC examinations. The service is available via browser at myguruai.in.

2. Accounts

• One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to get additional free trials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are for individual use only — sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Free Trial

• New users get a 3-day free trial with full plan access.
• One free trial per email address. Gmail normalisation is applied to detect duplicate accounts.
• After the trial, you revert to the free plan (10 questions/day) unless you subscribe.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or deceptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits

6. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

MyGuru AI uses artificial intelligence to generate answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify critical information from official NCERT textbooks and exam authority sources. We are not liable for any incorrect answers.

7. Intellectual Property

The MyGuru AI platform, design, and code are owned by us. Student questions and AI-generated answers may be used anonymously to improve the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Refunds for terminated accounts are at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts in Tamil Nadu.
