Free Trial

All new users get a 3-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Refund Eligibility

Within 7 days of payment: Full refund, no questions asked
After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at period end
Exam Month Pass (₹59): Refundable within 3 days of purchase

How to Request a Refund

Your registered email address
Date of payment
Reason for refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account page. After cancellation:

You retain access until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged again
Your account reverts to the free plan (10 questions/day)

Technical Issues

If you were unable to use the service due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or extend your subscription.
